Then I just realized what an absolute fucking idiot I was and noped out of the call (they called right back) and deleted AnyDesk and called real apple support.
Opened Venmo and they they told me a name and said to send a payment. This scared me so they said they could send the refund through Venmo Instead. They then asked my IP address and claimed omg it’s insecure you need to not be accessing your bank.
Me to access my bank account which I had an app already opened they didn’t see me enter PW or anything except balances. To enter their “personal toll free” number in my phone as John from Apple Support. That I turn off Lock Screen from 2 minutes to Never. Ignoring the fact that I’m obviously the dumbest person ever this person used AnyDesk I downloaded it at their request.
